Do you ever wonder why sex isn’t like it was when you were 18? Here’s a hint – get off the couch and exercise!

If you are out of breath walking up stairs, or you can’t manage a few push-ups then how are you going to perform when having sex? Exercise benefits your physical, psychological, and sexual health. Be honest, we all exercise for the same reasons – to look good naked and increase our stamina. The human body releases endorphins during exercise, excitement, pain, and orgasm. They also produce a feeling of well-being and work as natural pain relievers. Who wouldn’t want that?
Mix up cardio, weights, stretching, and yoga for maximum flexibility, endurance and strength. Sex also burn calories and can reduce stress. So lets get moving!
